General Overview & Admission Eligibility

Next Vision Academy provides specialized weekend classroom career programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, AWS Cloud Computing, and DevOps engineering.

  • Programs are open to students from Class 11 onward, college undergraduates (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, Diploma), and working professionals seeking hands-on technical upskilling.
  • Applicants must provide authentic personal, academic, and identification records (Aadhaar / Photo ID) during final on-campus admission.
  • Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to seat availability in each weekend cohort.
2

Classroom Capacity & Seat Allocation

To guarantee intensive 1-on-1 mentor guidance during coding practicals, every weekend cohort is strictly capped at a maximum of 20 to 25 students per batch.

  • Online pre-registration reserves a priority queue token but does not guarantee a seat until on-campus registration and initial fee payment are finalized.
  • Batch allocations (Saturday & Sunday timings) are locked upon registration and cannot be changed without written permission from the Centre Academic Head.

Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOD) Practical Policy

Important Laptop Policy: Next Vision Academy does not provide desktop computers. Every student is required to carry their own laptop for in-person classroom practicals.

Hardware Guidelines: You do not need an expensive gaming laptop. Any standard budget laptop capable of running VS Code and Python 3 is completely sufficient:

  • Minimum: 4 GB to 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 or equivalent, 64-bit OS (Windows, macOS, or Ubuntu Linux).
  • The institute provides dedicated AC power charging outlets at every student desk and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
  • Complete software environment setup (Python, Git, Docker, VS Code, Anaconda) will be configured on your laptop with 1-on-1 mentor guidance during Class 1.
4

Tuition Fees, Payment Plans & Refund Policy

  • Monthly Installment Plan: Monthly tuition (standard ₹1,500/month for in-person classroom or ₹1,050/month for online) must be paid on or before the 10th of every calendar month.
  • Upfront Payment Discount: Students opting for one-time upfront program payment receive an instant 10% waiver on total course fees.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once the academic cohort has commenced.
  • Official GST receipts with digital transaction IDs are issued for every fee transaction through the student ERP.
5

Attendance Standards & Certification Eligibility

Industry accreditation and hiring partners value actual practical capability over theoretical attendance. Therefore:

  • A minimum of 75% classroom attendance across the 60 weekend sessions is mandatory to be eligible for the end-of-track certificate.
  • Students must complete all hands-on module assignments and pass their final Capstone Project evaluation.
  • Certificates are issued with an ISO/NSQF recognized verifiable credential ID and instant public QR code verification.
6

Campus Code of Conduct & Cybersecurity

  • Students must maintain mutual respect, professional discipline, and punctuality during lectures and practical sessions.
  • Campus Wi-Fi and network infrastructure must strictly be used for academic and coding purposes. Any unauthorized network scanning, malicious activities, or cyber violation will lead to immediate expulsion without fee refund.
  • Plagiarism in coding assignments or unauthorized copying of capstone projects is strictly prohibited.
